If you need to cancel, please call Tommy as soon as possible so he can fill your time slot. He is flexible and can work around your schedule but has been burned by some clients who cancelled at the last minute- after Tommy had rearranged times, or turned down other clients for that time slot. So a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to preclude full financial liability for a missed session.

Furthermore, if you are late for your session, it would be at Tommy’s discretion to complete a full session as there may be an appointment after yours that cannot be impacted. In other words, you can start late, but you have to finish on time.
